NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, eight-session educational program for adults with mental health conditions who are looking to better understand themselves and their recovery.
-
The course is taught by trained and nationally certified peer mentors
-
All instruction and course materials are free to class participants
-
Offered in a group setting so you can connect with other people face-to-face
-
Participants come away from the course with a “relapse prevention plan”, mindfulness exercises to help focus with calm thinking and stress reduction, and survival skills for working with providers and the general public.
What people have to say
“NAMI Peer-to-Peer instructors helped me on my journey. The relapse prevention chart helped me see some of my triggers, and the target activity helped me see my goals. Every class was a AHA! moment!
