Free healthcare and other services for the medically underserved in the Gainesville community. Run by University of Florida students from the Colleges of Medicine, Dentistry, and Public Health.
Medical -- Thursday nights at Family Practice Medical Group, 625 SW 4th Avenue, Gainesville. Walk-ins only. Starts at 6:00pm and sees about 15 patients on a first come first serve basis. The line starts forming very early (4:00 pm).
Medical -- Tuesday nights at Gainesville Community Ministry, 238 SW 4th Avenue, Gainesville. Appointment patients and walk-ins. Starts at 5:30 pm and sees about 5-8 patients.
Women only -- Thursday Nights at 625 SW 4th Avenue, Gainesville. Appointments for Women’s clinic can be made in person at Thursday night medical clinic (above) every Thursday night. Women’s clinic is held on the first Thursday of every month starting at 5:30 pm and sees 4 patients.

Appointments are two steps.
Step 1: Monday night at the Helping Hands Clinic site phone 352-372-8523 (see above description, and website http://www.hhgnv.org/) you come to schedule an appointment (no dental procedures done this visit); then
Step 2: Actual treatment appointment will be scheduled for first or third Tuesday of each month in which the patient must be at the Helping Hands Clinic at 9:00 AM (First United Methodist Church
419 NE 1st Street, Gainesville) to take a special dental van to the actual dental clinic which is in Brooker Florida at the Acorn Clinic.

A resource for people who cannot afford medicine or other healthcare costs.
RAHMA Mercy Clinic
Primary care for the under-served and uninsured whose income is 200% below the federal poverty level.
Main focus is primary and preventative health care.
