NAMI Family Support Group is a peer-led support group for any adult with a loved one who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. Gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar experiences.

  • NAMI Family Support Group meetings are group sharing intended only for caregivers, family members, or friends with a loved one living with a serious and persistent mental illness.

  • Free of cost to participants

  • Designed for adult loved ones of people with mental health conditions

  • Led by family members of people with mental health conditions

  • Meets once a month

  • No specific medical therapy or treatment is endorsed

Second and Fourth Monday of each month

The Second Monday Family Support Group is open to all family members. 

The Fourth Monday Family Support Group is also open to all family members and parents are encouraged to attend.
